We are Looking for Commissioning Manager for our client in Jakarta.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Education: | Bachelor degree of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent |
Work Experience: | 8 years in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas Processing Plants whereof minimum 5 years Offshore topsides and subsea facilities pre-commissioning / commissioning management. |
Skills: | Management and Supervisor, Technical, Interpersonal, English communication, and Computer skills |

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Organize, plan & manage a team for timely execution of PC&C (Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning) activities as per project &contract requirement.
b) Review project scope and specification to develop strategy for PC&C and project close out.
c) Develop all PC&C Plans required, and implement them as per Contract's requirements.
d) Manage the Contractor's PC&C Team to produce all Contractor's deliverables
- Pre-Commissioning procedures
- Test Packages and Job Cards for Pre-Commissioning
- MC-ITR (Inspection Test Records for Mechanical Completion)
- PC-ITR (Inspection Test Records for Pre-Commissioning)
- MC Dossier
- PC Dossier
- Spare Parts for PC&C
- LACTI Matrix
- Dynamic Commissioning
- First Fill Procedure
- Etc.
e) Coordinate with Construction & QA/QC teams for timely and efficient execution of all pre-commissioning tests and ensure all records are signed by client and properly maintained as per project requirement for hand over and close out.
f) Coordinate with Construction & QA/QC teams for timely and efficient execution of punch list items.
g) Coordinate with Client to identify and agree on systems & sub-systems handing over requirement and ensure Construction, PC&C team follow the same sequence.
h) Plan and Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers etc, for timely availability and supervision as required.
i) Coordinate with other groups such as Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, QA/QC, HSE, and/or Operations Assurance, and ensure all Parties (Company, Main Contractors representatives, Construction Team, QA/QC Team, and Subcontractors/Vendors) are aware of commissioning requirements and commissioning schedule and performance concerns.
j) Ensure the development and implementation of system handover plan.
k) Ensure smooth handover from construction to Pre-Commissioning.
l) Ensure efficient handover to Company.
m) Develop KPI's related to PC&C activities.
n) Develop and issue monthly and weekly commissioning progress reports, and continuous review progress against plan and identify areas of concern.
o) Assist Company during Commissioning and performance test.
