HR OPERATION SUPERVISOR

(Balikpapan)

Objectives:

 

Managing all personnel matters related to operation.

 

Requirements:

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position and in oil and gas industry

·      Good technical knowledge in HR Field (Recruitment, Training, C&B)

·      Good leadership and communication skills

·      Good planning and organizing skill and team player

·      Proficiency in English both oral and written
